I know Stew Mac has carbon fiber rods for neck reinforcement but I want some that are longer and hopefully cheaper. I thought maybe an industrial source where I could place a larger order.
Any ideas?

By the way, I like to install very small carbon fiber rods in my necks so that they do not overcome the truss rod. My rods are DragonPlate Carbon Strip (rectangle) .092" x .220". They are quite small but are surprisingly stiff. This costs a little over $10 for a 48" long bar.

Another cheap recommendation from past user posts is to look at kite making supplies, with www.IntoTheWind.com being frequently mentioned. That being said, I think they only carry round rods, in about the same price range.
