Looking for kit info

Hi all,

New to the forum. I’m thinking of making my first kit. I have found two companies with kits (links below).
The first company has some PRS kits and the second has multi scale kits that are of interest to me.

Has anyone had experience with these companies? How’s their customer service and shipping time to the UK?
Is the kit quality good? Either those above or in general?
