Here are few links that can assist you in making a glass marimba out of common window glass or stained glass.
For stained glass keys, one merely fuses two layers of stained glass together in a kiln and then tune.
Keys are made from 1/4" thick glass. Box resonators from 1/8" thick glass.

For mallets, drill a 1" bouncy ball for a 3/16 or 1/4 inch dowel around 12-14"' long.

I guess that site no longer exists. But I found this one: https://imgur.com/gallery/af4c2vU

I really want to make one and I have some glass to experiment with.

A note about fusing glass. I know that there is 'stained glass' glass and there is 'fusing glass' glass. I have fused a lot of glass in my kiln with fusing glass, but I would ask a glass shop before trying anything else. The two pieces of glass must be the same COE (coefficient of expansion) before you can fuse them together or the fuse will fail.
