I believe that was the way Quentin Tarantino's crew put back together the Martin that was accidentally destroyed making "The Hateful Eight." When they tried to return it, that bridge was the tip off that something was amiss.

If they'd had the sense to mount that bridge with some great big wood screws or bolts, it'd be an easy fix!

Jeez, and all this time, I've wondered what I've done wrong sometimes.

It reminds me of the foreman who noticed that a carpenter picked nails of out his apron one at a time, and with half the nails, the carpenter pounded the nail into the wall, and the other nails, he threw away. The foreman asked "What are you doing? You're throwing half of the nails away!" The carpenter explained "The head is on the wrong end of the nail" The foreman scratched his head and said, "You idiot, those nails are for the other side of the wall."
