Hello from The Great White North! As you can see my name is Mark and I live in Ontario Canada. I am a Master Millwright by trade and spent half my career in a machine shop. I am 58 and I retired 8 years ago.

Having lots of time on my hands I have taken up a project of building a 5 string banjo. Between finding plans on the net and this forum I have a good start at it but have a few questions. I will post them in other stringed instruments and hopefully some one can answer a few for me.
