Polyurethane glue and heat

Post by Kary Karahadian »

I going to be switching out my Fox style bender waist caul from the leaf style to a solid laminated block for each of the body shapes i use. will polyurethane hold up to the heat from the blanket or will it delaminate?

It should hold. I've tested it to the point where the wood ignited. And it still held... I'd add some screws just for cheap insurance, anyhow.
