I am a first-time ukulele builder and I'm looking for a set of simple plans to use. Anyone have a set that can be made available or place to purchase a set in inches.

Christophe Grelier has a soprano plan you can download

Probably not in inches, but you just need a mm ruler!

This is a good place to look at. I'm building my first uke using their plans, a tenor.

Their (Hana Lima Ia) construction manual is also very useful. There are a few places you have to interpolate a bit, but overall it is a solid approach. I have built about 15 tenors using their plan. Most of the other ukulele construction 'books' I've seen are not particularly compelling.

I second the Hana Lima 'Ia book.
