I can across this and now I have a use for Tightbond II.

If this really works it is cool. I'll have to try it out.

It turns out there are a lot of these, from many places, on Youtube.

I wonder if this process actually cleans it. Maybe it does pull out microscopic bits of debris, but does it also fill in tiny gouges?
Also, maybe you could let the glue peel cure fully, and then use it as a 'master' disc to press off some funky sounding knock-offs.

I think what we've really learned is that I can't use Tite-Bond to fix my old Monkees Greatest Hits LP.

So true Mario. after curing all night it still bends and flexes. Imagine that in a joint that is under pressure. A distant relative gave me a bottle and I now have a use for it.

Hmmm....at 1 record per day it'll take roughly a year and a half to clean my collection. I wonder how many quarts of glue it'll take?

I heard that someone used this technique on the master recording of the old Rice Crispies commercial soundtrack and completely ruined it.
