Wenge/Walnut bass test uploads

Hi folks,
I tried posting pics of this build before but I couldn't get large enough images uploaded to see the grain.
This bass started with a scrap piece of Wenge wood donated by a friend. I ripped it and book-matched the grain, and due to the narrow width of the piece decided to do my first headless guitar.
I got a piece of black walnut from a friend in North Carolina, and went to work.
The finish is tung oil with tungoil/carnuba wax on the body. The pickups are EMG clones.
please enjoy.
