You did a great job shaping those bridges, Paul. Freehand or belt sander?

Thanks Barry. I use a spindle sander with a fence and clamped in place stops, a combination disc with 1" X 42" belt sander and hand tools. Replacements like these are always one offs, I don't have or use any special jigs, so it is mostly freehand work.

Here it is. I finished it and the customer is very happy with their new BRW bridge, courtesy of our very own Barry Daniels. Thanks again for the blank, Barry!
I made the bridge oversized to completely cover the old footprint and then routed the saddle slot after it was glued on.
