I'd buy that from you for $60... If there ever was a tool in my wish list it would be that! Plus at that price even if it was used sparingly it's affordable enough to keep.

Like many tools, some adjustment and learning curve may be required to get better results.
I have owned 3 table saws I've had to tinker with each of them to get the best results.
Spend a bit of time with it to see if you can get the results you want to get from it.
If you still think it does not work for you,
sell it on ebay. I am sure somebody will buy it for much more than your original 60 bucks.
If you sell it local pick up only you may be able to reconnect with the new owner and farm out the job just to see how well he or she gets the hang of it.
