Dear MIMF,

I haven't really been building since my son was born, but being a dad has been priceless.
In the meantime, my little dental office is doing all sorts of things.
And...I'll be having a daughter at the end of the year.

What have you been up to this year?

I picked up the trombone after a hiatus of 53 years. I joined a small jazz ensemble and also a community band. Am having a blast. And not unexpectedly, I started repairing and restoring old beat up trombones. Here is a recent project; a marching trombone. I removed a bunch of dents. Also, refinished it due to severe corrosion.
