Single Humbucker wiring

Hi there,

For a Les Paul Jr build for my girlfriend, I was searching for a good wiring diagram (1 tone, 1 volume, 1 humbucker). Now I found two variants to wire the tonepot. Can anyone tell me what's the difference? Which one has advantages compared to the other?

Looks like the capacitor is just in a different side of the potentiometer so there should be no difference. But I’m no electrical genius so someone else may give you better information.
