I recently got myself a cheap soprano ukelele kit. Total "construction" consisted of joining ready made next to ready made body, then glueing the bridge and sticking on the tuners. I have been amusing myself no end with it in the last few days.
Now I fancy trying something a big bigger.
Anyone tried the tenor plan here?

Thanks.

Re: Tenor uke plans?
I did a search today and found a variety of free online plans. Pinterest seems to have a quite a bit of stuff too, but I am a luddite in terms of social media so I don't have an account there.
Can't say anything about the relative merits as I have never built a uke before.
Here are a few sources starting with StewMac. This kit assembly guide has drawings.

Oaktown has a nice variety of uke plans

Fairly basic plan.

Crane is a japanese site specialising in older guitars but has a 5 string uke plan. This is one of the two pages of the plan.

This french site has a uke plan as well as a number of guitar plans.

I have a semi-prepared back and sides for a small guitar that I never got round to making - I reckon that might end up as a tenor uke. I would need to rebend on of the sides to make a cutaway or stick with a more conventional regular shape. We'll see. Ditto a guitar top where my rosette is not well put in. Most of the rosette would be cut away so flip it over and cover up whatever might be visible.

You missed one! The MIMF has uke plans here, and sales help support the Forum.
