Thanks Bob.
I've got this one wired a bit differently.
The 5 way switch is like this:
1. Bridge
2. Bridge and Middle
3. Bridge and Neck
4. Middle and Neck
5. Neck

Cool! Finish looks great, and nicely put together.
How do you like the pickups? That's a new maker to me, and it's always cool to learn of new makers.

Jobillo is also known as Goncalo Alves.
Craig Vineham is a pickup winder from Newfoundland Canada. Does a real nice job.

Re: New Build Deep Purple
This is a bolt on neck.
I don't use the neck plate on the back, as I like to taper the body so the neck joint isn't such a stop block for the left hand when playing up the neck.
I use these, and cut the screws a bit shorter where the body tapers.

That's a lovely looking guitar, great colour...How do you cut the binding channel with the steep edge contour on the body?

Re: New Build Deep Purple
I don't have to cut a channel.
That is a layer of maple that goes right across the body.
I mask it off before color goes on.
It is simply rounded over to expose the layer.
