Bass Guitar Plans and Templates

Hello Forum......I was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase plans or templates for a 5 / 6 string Bass Guitar..........I am looking to try and make a Bass Guitar for me to play at my home church and I have been looking for the longest time. I only see people with templates for a 4 string bass guitar, is there anyway at all possible for someone to assist me in this matter?
