Auction Action...
I just happened to trip over the auctions. There's not a lot of activity there, but maybe I'm not the only one that wasn't aware it started...?

I wonder what the percentage of members who read the newsletters is. On the old forum, the auctions stood out when you went to the main page because there were so many new categories; you couldn't help but notice them when you went looking for the section you wanted. With just one section, it is easier to miss. Someone should make a discussion in the Jam Session about it to give people a heads up. Oh wait. . .

Maybe the home page or main forum page could be modified slightly to include a banner or header that the auction is underway. Though, there are quite a bit of views, a couple thousand total at last glance.

For some reason, the newsletter when to spam. But, all the others before that had been fine. Hmmm....

Note that my earlier ones had been from "@tngforum.mimf.com" and the last one was from "@mimf.com", so you might want to check/update your spam filter.
