Hello from E. TN. building my 3rd and 4th guitar at the same time, one is a 59 lespaul, and a hollow body les-paul of my own idea. I use only local wood. cherry. walnut, maple, apple, hickory. its free and I mill it myself to what i need. I love working with cherry. I also make furniture and other things out of wood. I also do steel fab. but guitars has become my passion. as soon as i get my hands on some good plans, im gonna do a tel. out of hickory, and a strat. out of apple. now theres a tone wood. looking forward to making new friends. and sharing tips, tricks, and new ideas.
