The guitar is basically 3 sets of 3 octaves repeating up to the 12th fret and then it goes over again.
Every guitarist knows this when you tune a guitar. (yea I know electronic tuners might soon stop that)
Basically this is good because with various inversions or reaches of low or high you can play given notes higher or lower than your spot.
Why?????
A piano only has ONE of each note. Think of instruments that only have one of each note.
Anyhow the whole thing I am saying is you can reach a super high note and a low one on a piano for example because you have two hands playing it.
The guitar/ violin/ cello/ whatever you have one hand that plays and the other must to the strumming or picking.
Is this all worth some thoughtl?
Is it God's design?

My condolences on your brother's death. I lost my brother last year, so I can appreciate your sadness at the loss.

My Church as a grief service this time of year (I just went to it on the 13th) You go up and say a few words and then light a candle and put it on the table. At the end there is all these candles! WHEW! People who lost parents at young ages are tough and husbands or wives. My Mom died 2 years ago. My Dad when I was 21.
Sorry to hear your brother died.
I think it is God's way- So many of the same note so you can get higher or lower reaches with your one hand. I just looked at it all backwards like "Why would you have an instrument with so many of the same note?" (3 of each exact same octave I believe)

Oh, "Remembrance Service."
One thing my Mom brought up to me a few times was "Do you still have any of the guitars that you made?"
She lived in Florida for 10 years. Acoustic Guitar magazine had a ad for a guitar maker who lived in her town. When I went on vacation I asked if we could visit him and called him up and he said "Come on over." She waited in the car about 15- 20 minutes while I visited. Later on Guess what? She took on a spare time job and worked with the guy's wife! Interesting.
