Three sounds from a four-conductor humbucker / 3 way Tele switch

I've been trying to find if it's possible to get three distinct sounds from a four-conductor humbucker using a 3 way Tele switch. I found a diagram and would like to know your thoughts.

I hope it's allowed that I provide a link to the diagram and its explanation. The instructions are for a Dimarzio pickup, but it says that any four-conductor humbucker can be used, although the color code may need to be changed.

Yes, it works, but whether you like the sounds or not it is up to you.
