What should I Call This?

It has a 20" scale, 30" overall length with cherry neck and body, walnut peghead overlay and heel cap, jarrah fingerboard, bridge and tailpiece. I have it strung like a baratone uke. It's a fun little thing just to plunk around on.

It looks to me like what the Cigar Box Guitar folks call a Cookie Tin Banjo, except that it's made of wood. The body is of very similar dimensions to a vintage wooden cheese box http://usbox.com/Gift-Basket/Round-Wood ... oxes/2LV-P
So I would call it a "Cheese Box Ukulele/Banjo"

Ukuleles come in different shapes and sizes, so calling it a baritone ukulele wouldn't be wrong. Depending on how you tune it, you could also call it a short scale tenor guitar.
