need help finding a job!

Post by J.R. Holiday »

I am a very frustrated individual right now.

I have a lot of bills to pay, and no real marketable job skills. Don't have the time or money to go back to school now. It's not that I've never held a job, in fact, I always have had a job other than a few months of unemployment a while ago.

I have an insurance license, but I have slowly realized that I don't enjoy dealing with the public in a sales capacity.

I have lots of manual labor experience and have even been a truck driver for awhile, but the problem with those jobs is that there is little to no advancement opportunities.

I would really like a job where I can put my natural skills to use. Its not that I am not a people person, in fact, I am, but I don't like dealing with the public 100% of the time in a sales-like capacity.

Can anyone recommend a good job searching / skills matching website other than monster? Thanks.

No advice here (I'm in Australia), but best of luck J.R! I know what unemployment is like. Hope you find a job soon!

Craigslist, Unemployment Office or run for president. Politics is your best choice if you have no marketable skills.
