Bob- Thanks this is really helpful. Looks like you are well organized and have enough room, but I can see where 700 to 900 sq ft would be welcome. As you pointed out, instruments can be hung up while in process, and I hadn't thought about that. Very nice pictures, so the lighting must be pretty brig...
