Nice work,please keep the updates coming. I'm not ready to spend the money on DRO's for my mill so I do it the same as you. Your pre-planning ,component design and attention to detail really impresses me.

Bamboo flooring is made by cutting the bamboo into strips and laminating it together.Bamboo has a high strength to weight ratio,and is actually grass, not wood,so it could not possibly make a neck wood ,but might work as a neck grass.

I don't want to hi-jack this thread into a glue discussion,but it's my understanding that titebond 1 dries harder or more brittle than titebond 2, making it better for accoustic instruments. Other than being a little weak on the treble ,it sounds alright to me . I'll try to post a little better picture later,just getting those pictures small enough to post about did my feeble little brain in though.
