Hello, I am looking for information around making capped double-reed instruments. Last year I 3d printed a cornamuse (someone else's design) and hand-made a plastic reed, and that turned out well. I have come across references to that book, but have not found any way to get my hands on it. (My library's larger-scale inter-library loan program is offline for a while.)
