Two issues can cause loose dovetail joints, one it's bottoming. Thats simple to check, just measure the length of the neck joint and body joint. Anyone make a bridge with two separate saddles like Takamine does(one saddle for E-A-D-G, and a shorter one for B-E)? Any benefit to intonation?

Has anybody used deer antlers (several years old, not green) to make a nut and bridge?

Hi. I'm building my 4th acoustic guitar and just wanted input on a flat top verses a slightly domed top. Is the sound quality that much better with a domed top?
