Neck is a set neck. I glued a heel and a veneer between heel and neck blank. So it is just the tapered heel with a matched pocket cut out of the body and set neck style glued in with titebond.

This is my take on a 24 fret double cut style guitar. I developed my own blueprint from scratch (borrowed heavily from the neck on my build number 1 in 2011), which I guess is lost somewhere in the old MIMF forum archive! The body is smaller (1/2") than is typical and the carve is what i wanted...
