The rails are made to the radius you want
There is no math or voodoo involved.
As shown in my pics,the radius will be whatever the rails are made too

Nice jig Martin. Just by the way, in your diagrams, the router bit protrudes below the radius guide, so you will get a radius tighter by however far it protrudes: e.g. if it protrudes 1/4" below, and you use a 10" guides, you will get a 9-3/4" radius on the board. You probably realis...

The mount is just a piece of Aluminum angle thats 1/4 thick by 5" by 5"

This is the second version as the first one I made did not have enough swing,couldent rout the cutaway in a telecaster,and was lose fitting. this version has more swing and more stable.
